Does anyone in the medical establishment know what causes chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)? It is the same as the Indian elephant story— five blind men trying to describe an elephant. I have serious doubts if the hypothesis about the diagnosis of diseases has any valid basis at all. Each disease manifests differently in different people, anyway. I agree with Mary Tinnetti that the disease era has come to an end.
