Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd said it will soon launch four new realty projects in Punjab.
The company will launch two group housing projects in Mohali and one group housing project in Amritsar. It will also construct a commercial-cum-retail project in Ludhiana, Ansal Properties said in a regulatory filing.
On Tuesday, Ansal Properties shares declined 2.4% to Rs88 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 0.5% to 20,001 points.
Alphageo (India) Ltd said it won a contract worth $7.5 million from Jindal Petroluem Operating Company LLC, an affiliate of Jindal Petroleum Ltd, in Blocks IX and X in Georgia for onshore 2D seismic data acquisition.
The company said the contract will be executed through its wholly owned subsidiary Alphageo International Ltd in Dubai, Alphageo India said in a regulatory filing.
On Tuesday, Alphageo shares ended 3.6% higher at Rs214 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 0.5% to 20,001 points.
Omaxe Ltd said its subsidiary, Omaxe Infrastructure and Construction Ltd, won a contract worth Rs203 crore for construction of residential building at Mhow in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The contract has been awarded by Director General Married Accommodation Project (DGMAP), New Delhi. The project would involve construction of 90 blocks of eight-storeyed buildings with a total of 1,044 dwelling units. The work also includes internal electrification, internal water supply, road path, area drainage, security walls, fences and gates, street lighting, solar water heater, lifts and fire fighting systems as part of the project. The project is expected to be completed in 25 months, Omaxe said in a regulatory filing.
